Vivid & I

For years, I struggled with bloating, heavy legs, headaches, poor circulation, digestive issues, hormonal ups and downs, and low energy – a blend that often got mistaken for depression. I was always on meds and ‘taken care of,’ but I never really felt light or balanced.

Many said it was just genetics and that I had to accept it. But I didn’t want to settle, so I explored various alternative and integrative treatments. It was through massage therapy that I really found balance-seeing improvements across circulation, breathing, digestion, immunity, hormone regulation, and more.

Focusing on my lymphatic health changed everything!

It improved how I feel, how I move, and how I connect with my body and life.

There’s something truly liberating about feeling light and balanced – it is like getting yourself together from the inside out.

As I explored different holistic and manual therapies, I noticed that almost all of them, in some way, support the lymphatic system. That insight led me to embrace massage therapy and specialize in Lymphatic Drainage Health.

I’ve also studied Life Coach and Counseling Skills, driven by a deep fascination with the powerful connection between mind and body. I bring all of this into my practice – and I’m always learning, just like we all are.

Vivid Therapy was born from this journey, with a mission to promote lymphatic health and holistic care.

It began with a focus on women, but today, I proudly support a diverse range of people through personalized, lymph-focused treatments.

ME

Meet Maysa B. Silve

Founder of Vivid Therapy | Lymphatic Drainage Specialist

Hello and welcome! I’m Maysa, a therapist with over a decade of experience in massage therapy.

My interest in bodywork began with my own health journey. I used to struggle with headaches, edema, poor circulation, and digestive discomfort. For a long time, I normalized it – as many people do. But discovering therapeutic massage and lymphatic drainage transformed how I felt, and now I’m passionate about helping others experience that same sense of relief, balance, and renewal.

Because once you’ve felt good in your body, it becomes easier to notice when something’s off. So… let’s not get used to feeling unwell – sound fair?

Most of my clients are women seeking support for puffiness, edema, inflammation, stiffness, or muscle pain, as well as those looking for wellness, beauty, and preventive care. I also work with men, often focusing on pain relief and drainage.

You can find me at Pigari Spa in Vancouver and, Paula Fortuna Beauty & Wellness in New Westminster.

Through continuous learning, I integrate techniques to effectively support clients in relieving muscle pain, chronic inflammation, constipation, edema, adhesions, and more.

Massage techniques include Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLD), Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Organic Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Cesarean and Rehab Massage, Deep Tissue Relaxing Massage, Sport Massage, Back, Neck, and Shoulder Massage, Foot Reflexology, Holistic Massage Therapy, Hot Stone Massage, Body Contouring Massage, Scar Release Therapy, TMJ Release Therapy, among others.

As a Lymphatic Drainage Specialist, I understand that maintaining a healthy, well-functioning lymphatic system is essential for disease prevention, faster recovery, and enhanced immunity, circulation, digestion, and oxygenation. It serves as a valuable complement to other treatments, supporting truly holistic care.

Lymphatic drainage is a science-based technique, first developed in the 1930s, and it has continued to evolve ever since. The methodologies I apply are rooted in the approaches of Vodder, Leduc, Földi, and Godoy.
